Child Dedication - May 10, 2026

We are so excited that you've chosen to be a part of child dedication at Grace Fellowship. We just need a little bit of information to get started. If you have any questions please contact Lauren Barefield at 706-769-4001 or lbarefield@graceathens.com . This form will ask you to upload photos so you may want to have those ready before you begin. We will use the information you provide here to record the voice over that plays as you and your family come to the stage, and the pictures will be shown on the large screens.

Please meet by the stage in the worship center 15 minutes prior to service start time, for a quick meeting with Pastor Jason and Lauren Barefield.

This is such a special day and to celebrate with you, we will have a photo area set up in between services in the Hospitality Room located across from the coffee bar in the lobby from 10:00AM-10:30AM.
